This week, I had the pleasure of spending a full day at Thackray Williams Solicitors in Bromley, capturing a fresh set of updated headshots for their team. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this is a firm that truly values its people - friendly, organised, and full of personality.
What stood out immediately was the atmosphere. Every single person I photographed, from senior partners to support staff, arrived with warmth, confidence and a genuine desire to represent the firm at its best. As a photographer, you can feel the difference when a workplace has strong culture - and at Thackray Williams, it was everywhere.
Photographing large teams in a single day can sometimes be a challenge, but this shoot ran like absolute clockwork. People arrived on time, supported one another, and brought an energy that made the whole day flow seamlessly. There’s something special about seeing a professional team show pride not just in the work they do, but in the way they present themselves to clients and the wider community.
